ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Analysts core duties will revolve around Customer Experience management, project management and supervision, and executive support function with the overall goal of driving various business functions to achieve set targets. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Operations Analysts core duties will revolve around Customer Experience management, project management and supervision, and executive support function with the overall goal of driving various business functions to achieve set targets. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage all correspondence across all companies communication and media channels
• Manage information flow in a prompt and accurate manner.
• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
• Efficiently manage customer life cycle and close sales leads.
• proactively increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, through ensuring interactions meet customer needs
• Create ongoing strategies for anticipating and meeting customer needs.
• Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Prepare, organize and manage workflow schedules.
• Continuously evaluates production efficiency and quality to revise schedules where necessary.
• Proactively anticipates production obstacles and risks and creatively devises mechanisms to help mitigate them
• Assist with administration
• Coordinate external and internal events.
• And any other duties that may be assigned.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification is a First degree in business administration, project management, communications studies is preferred.
• 2-3 years proven success and experience in similar role in a start-up or corporate field
• Excellent speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Expert skill across multiple creative and content management platforms and project management tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and digital content management systems
• Excellent planning, organization, project management, and efficiency skills
• Must be flexible, versatile, self-directed, and a creative problem-solver
• Willing and able to work around the clock to achieve business goals.
• Resides in Adenta and its environs.
